Wishing you only good news in the next few days. Our first IVF we were delighted to get a positive test (1st time EVER in 3 years). The nurse said it was positive...but then continued to say it was a weak positive, so it was a MAYBE. Really?!? A maybe?!? That carried on for a week of torturous limbo before we finally were told it was not viable. Ugh. A maybe is brutal. I wish you a solid, definite, absolute POSITIVE!! This is your time.

Ellen-- Congrats on the embryo donation! Glad you found a match. A real CA baby, dude! I love your onesie ideasI think I like the construction one--you could put a little hard hat on it or something. Very cute. Good luck with all of it. The travel is a pain, but what on IF Island isn't, right? Deanna--good luck with your first cycle. DOR is a very difficult diagnosis because we usually don't have a lot to work with. But for us gals it's about quality, not quantity. I hope you find your diamond this first time around. If not, know you have a lot of support out here! Allison, you've already been through so much, I hope this is it for you! The waiting must be even harder, as I can imagine even getting a positive. I guess it's always important to remember that whatever outcome we've had in the past does not predict or determine what will happen this time. I can't fathom any good news. I just can't imagine it. But I'm trying to at least be neutral and open to something different happening. Phaira--me too sister, me too! Good luck to everyone.

We just accepted an embryo donation from California. We leave in September. During my first trip out to meet with them I was designing onesies in my mind. We are from New England. Here were my ideas: Born in the USA from sea to shinning sea. Construction started in California. Completed in New England. I am a California Beach Baby and a New England Snow baby.

I hope things happen for you! Jet lag hurts! I am going to try to stay on home time.

Allison

I am also in the 2ww after 4 miscarriages. He's to hoping this round of clomid balances out my hormones to give me a shot at a healthy viable pregnancy! I've got to believe this is it for both of us! Good Luck, thinking of you!

Can't wait to see the updated pic with little momo in the onesie!

Deanna

I'm so glad I found your blog! It's been very informative and helpful as I've been struggling with this for awhile. I was diagnosed with DOR last year and I'm currently in my first IVF cycle with my own eggs. I also happen to be located in Seattle and probably go to the same clinic you just had your embryo transfer. Wishing you the best and hoping that little bean sticks!

Thanks you guys! Laura-- I like your attitude! I hope this is the one and that your baby has the same zest for life as you! Denise--1ww!!! You and me gal! Join the anti-Google team! Although I broke yesterday, just for a second, at 1am, trying to find out if it's ok to take both delestrogen and progesterone shot around the same time. Usually I do one in the am and one in the pm every few days. But Dr. Google was no help. The ban continues. The onesie is cute, isn't it A Few Good Eggs?! Ugh. Morgan--I don't want to say welcome, but I will say that there is a lot of good support out there and a lot of success stories! Good luck with your first IVF. It's scary, I'm not going to lie. But you will get through it and hopefully you'll have beginners luck! :) Congrats Lindsay! How exciting, and thanks for sharing. It reminds me that whatever will be will be. Thanks to everyone for your well wishes. Six more days!

Lindsay

I love your blog so much. My fingers and toes are all crossed for you! You are more deserving of this pregnancy than nearly anyone I can think of. Little Momo will be so loved.
Just try to relax and recognize that you're doing and have done everything you can do to make this pregnancy happen. I went through two IVF cycles - the first failed; the second we experienced the joy of a BFP followed by the heartbreak of a blighted ovum. In the third cycle ( an FET) that we began in February, I did it all different. I relaxed, ate comfort foods, drank wine while stimming, and embraced the philosophy of "what will be will be - our baby will come to us when he or she is ready." I'm now 22 weeks pregnant with a baby girl.
Hang in there. I am rooting for you every step of the way.

We just landed on IF Island last week (1+ year TTC and found out hubby's count is so low that IVF is the only option) and I must say that your blog has been a lifesaver. I've read the entire thing over the past 2 days! Thank you so much for being so transparent with both the good and the bad...it makes me feel less alone.

Best of luck to you guys! I can't wait to keep reading and see how you form your little family!

Marisa

Sending you lots and lots of positive energy!

Hang in there, Maya! This whole process is waiting and waiting and more waiting, but this last part is excruciating. Thinking about you.

Jamie

Best of luck to you, your husband and little Momo. Your blog is an ispiration and you WILL be a wonderful mother.

A Few Good Eggs

The onesie is adorable and I'm glad you bought a fun souvenir that hopefully Momo will sport in 2015!

Denise

You are so right in everything you said. I'm right here with you in the 1WW. Although, I have been Google Crazy. So, from this point forward I'm going to vow not to Google :) Good Luck!

Laura

I am also in the 2ww. In the past I have taken it easy and chilled a bit. But this time, we have taken a different route. We've gone to concerts, spur of the moment trip to Atlantic City to see Michael Buble, and just overall have had fun. I don't know if it helps our chances but it has definitely made us feel better and more relaxed. It's been just a great bonding time together!!

Wishing you the absolute best of luck!
